All Diplomas are mailed once all degrees have been confirmed.

Diplomas will be sent to the diploma mailing addresses provided from the submitted online graduation applications.

Please be advised that the permanent address from the university-wide address system is the default address used only when the student has chosen not to provide a diploma mailing address on the submitted online graduation application. If a diploma mailing address needs to be updated after submission of the graduation application, please e-mail Jacqueline H. Jones at jjones11@utk.edu with the new address and include your student id number with that information. Please note also that since the university-wide address system is not related to the online graduation application, any changes you make in the university-wide system will not automatically update the information provided on your graduation application. So please e-mail Jacqueline Jones with any address updates.

First Destination Survey

The university requests that graduating students complete a “first destination” survey to share plans about their next steps when leaving the university, e.g., graduate school, full-time job, internship, still seeking, etc. This information helps the university report data to various government and news agencies and assists future students in understanding the value of their degrees. All reported data is anonymous and you can update your information for several months beyond graduation. TAKE SURVEY NOW!
