DIPLOMAS
All Diplomas are mailed once all degrees have been confirmed.
In order to receive your diploma, it is very important that your permanent mailing address in MyUTK is correct. The last day to change your address in MyUTK is the official date of Graduation of each semester. If your mailing address changes after the official date of Graduation, there is a chance you will not receive your diploma. If you do not receive your diploma, there is an additional cost of $25.00 to reorder your diploma.
Spring Commencement 2012
The University college ceremonies will take place Wednesday - Saturday, May 9 - 12, 2012. Please refer to the listing of Spring 2012 college ceremonies for your college information including time and location.

Online Graduation Application Directions

Grade Entry for Spring 2012
Spring 2012 Grade Entry will open Saturday, April 28 at 7 a.m. and will close on Tuesday, May 15 at 12 noon. Submit grades using MyUTK. For instructions on entering grades please visit our new Grade Entry Home Page. Read the directions, view the demos, and practice using our training videos.
