The Pass/Fail form is usually signed at the Final Examination/Defense
of Thesis or Dissertation. Although submitting the Pass/Fail form
to the Graduate School is the major professor’s responsibility,
students should share the responsibility by checking with the Graduate School (P105 Andy Holt Tower) to make sure the form
has been filed shortly after the defense. |
