all financial obligations with the University.
All financial obligations to the University of Tennessee, such as
library fines, traffic fines, rent and phone bills must be paid before
a diploma or transcript can be issued. To clear financial obligations:
Visit the Bursar's Office at 211 Student Services
Building or 128 University Center. Contact them by phone at (865)
974-4495, or 1 (800) 676-8657. You can also clear financial obligations
via Circle Park Online, http://cpo.utk.edu/.
