your cap & gown if you plan to participate in the Commencement
Ceremony.
Participation in the Commencement Ceremony
is optional. However, if you plan to attend the Ceremony, you
must purchase a cap and gown in order to participate.
Candidates for Bachelor's Degrees may purchase
and pick up caps and gowns at the University Book & Supply
Store, or call
1 (800) 733-8657 for assistance. Please note: There is a cut-off
date for purchasing caps and gowns (generally mid-semester). You
may verify this date with the Graduation Supplies desk in the
University Center's bookstore, (865) 974-3459.
Undergraduates are not required to pay a graduation
fee in order to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
