Deficiencies in Math and Science

The following courses can be used to remove a deficiency in Math or Science

Deficiency in Algebra

Courses to take:

High School Courses:

Algebra I
Algebra II

UTK courses:

 Math 100 Intermediate Algebra

 

Deficiency in Geometry, Trigonometry, Advanced Mathematics, or Calculus

Courses to take:

High School Courses:

 Geometry
Trigonometry

Advanced Mathematics
Calculus

UTK courses:

 Any math course

 

Deficiency in Natural Science, including at least
One Year of Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

Courses to take:

High School Courses:

 All natural science, biology, chemistry, or physics courses

 

UTK courses:

 All natural science, chemistry, or physics courses
