The Office of the University Registrar has teamed with
The National Student Clearinghouse to provide students with a quicker,
more convenient way to print copies of enrollment verification forms as
well as lender and loan information. The free online service, called Student
Self-Service, saves students and parents a trip to the University Registrar’s
Office by providing the ability to documents and other services securely
from the Web 24 hours a day — 7 days a week. By using Student Self-Service
online, you can:
print enrollment verification certificates for health
insurers, housing providers, or other organizations requiring proof
of your enrollment
verify that deferment forms and electronic notifications
have been sent to your lenders
obtain a list of your student loan lenders and link
to real-time loan information
view your enrollment history
view enrollment verifications provided to student
service providers at your request
Student Self-Service is provided through the National Student Clearinghouse,
a non-profit organization serving the higher education community.
If for some reason you are unable to use the National
Student Clearinghouse, student's may also request the information by mailing
or faxing or delivering in person a copy of the Verification
