Course Add FAQs

How do I add a closed (full) course?

If you are unable to add a course because it is closed (full), here are some tips to follow:

  1. Continue to check Circle Park Online to see if a seat opens up before classes begin.
  2. Contact the Department and/or instructor teaching the course to see if there is a Wait List for the class.
  3. Contact your Academic Advisor to discuss alternative classes if you are unable to gain access to the closed course.
  4. Attend the closed course on the first day it meets to seek permission to add.

How do I add a course after the Add Deadline?

In order to add a course after the Add Deadline, you will need to complete a Change of Registration Form (Add Slip). You can obtain a Change of Registration form online or in the Office of the University Registrar. Late fees are assessed by the Bursar's Office for courses added after the deadline.
