Enrollment Certification Requests
-
All students who are receiving VA Education benefits are required to submit an Enrollment Certification Request form upon registering for classes. Failure to do so will result in termination of your benefits. This form should be completed on the first day that student registers for class and no later than 30 days prior to the semester begins in order to prevent delays in payment.
Forms may be submitted via fax, mail, email or in person.

Remember that you may only request certification for courses that are required for your degree program as it is listed in your catalog. You may only be certified for electives if you have not reached your number of elective hours needed. This is being monitored by the UTKVA Office and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
